These burgers have so much flavour, they are easy to make and everyone will enjoy them!
Makes: 4 - 6
Ingredients: 1 x medium sweet potato cooked ready to mash 1 x half of a broccoli head - chopped + cook until slightly soft 2-3 x garlic cloves 1 x red onion thinly diced 1/2 x red chilli thinly diced 1 x block of halloumi cheese grated 2 tablespoons of wholemeal flour 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil 1 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped finely Salt & pepper to taste
Method: 1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine well. 2. Form into 4 - 6 burgers, making sure all burgers are well combined 3. Heat BBQ or fry pan to medium heat and cook burgers until brown, flip over and cook on other side until brown.
Serve in a wholemeal burger bun with tomato, onion, lettuce and avocado or on there own with salad - Delicious!
